Making history for a's, Veronica Alvarez embraces her ability to inspire

After Veronica Alvarez finished playing for the USA Baseball Women’s National Team, she knew she would go into coaching. But doing so in affiliated baseball, Alvarez said, was not a path she considered at the time.
